Lucifer season 3 episode 15 return date hopes for Tom Ellis series
Per a report from the Futon Critic, signs point towards Lucifer returning to the air on Monday, February 26 with new episodes — that means that there are going to be a couple of weeks of repeats, but all things considered it could have been so much worse. There are 24 episodes in total this season (including the four that were left over from season 2), and what this means is that there will be a lot of new episodes coming up once we get to the other side of the hiatus without all that much of a break in between. Maybe we’ll get another small break here and there along the way, but that’s likely it.
As for what else is coming story-wise when we get to the other side of the break, Fox hasn’t revealed specific details — nonetheless, expect some more big stories coming with Cain at the center of them, given that Tom Welling is the big new addition to the show this year. We don’t know what exactly will transpire with him, so we definitely think that the producers are going to try and make the most of him for however long they have him around. We hope that it’s for at least until the finale; it feels silly to wish for anything else at the moment. Don’t want to jinx our good fortune there.

As for what we want to see, doesn’t it feel like the right time to get a couple of big stories for Maze? What about giving Charlotte the spotlight somewhere in there? Obviously, we want Deckerstar to come together (that should be a given), and we are certainly down for seeing more in terms of Lucifer being undercover. The more that we get to see Ellis play this character in a wide array of different situations, the happier that we’re going to be at the end of the day.
Hopefully, at some point soon we also hear about a Lucifer season 4! Fingers crossed on that front.
