Young Sheldon episode 14 return date for CBS comedy series
Following tonight’s episode 13, the Iain Armitage-led series executive produced by Jim Parsons is going to be off the air for a good month — it’s going to be returning on Thursday, March 1 to kick off what is its final run of episodes. There are still many more episodes to come moving forward, and hopefully those will offer up some opportunities to explore a little bit more of the crazy life of Dr. Sheldon Cooper. These episodes will air with potentially fewer interruptions, mostly because there will only be so many weeks left in the season.
More than likely, CBS is going to reveal a few more details surrounding some of what’s coming on Young Sheldon in the weeks ahead — they know that there’s no reason to do so right away. As a matter of fact, they may also be aware that doing this may feel a little bit like a lost cause given that it will likely fade away in terms of Olympics hype. For at least the next could of Thursdays, almost the entire public consciousness is going to be fixated, understandably so, on the Games that are taking place in South Korea later this month. CBS knows that their time will come again with Young Sheldon and they’ll have more of a chance to promote it in due time.
Ultimately there’s no real reason to worry about the CBS show’s future, largely because Young Sheldon already has a season 2 renewal — plus the sort of ratings that are going to keep it on the air for a while. Hopefully, there are many more years of great stories to come — and let’s also hope in the process that we don’t lose Sheldon’s father anytime soon.
