This episode is going to offer up an opportunity to see all sorts of interesting twists and turns, especially when it comes to seeing characters go outside of their comfort zone. For Dr. Reese, we think that this is especially a big step for her to head to prison. She has been dealing with a tremendous amount of fear as of late and this could, at least in theory, be a way for her to conquer that. This is absolutely what Dr. Charles would want, and also what she would want for herself.
From a guest-star perspective, obviously getting McDowell on board as a powerful, prestigious surgeon should add even more fun to the series.
