Falling Water season 2 episode 2 preview and the Saturday-night debate
For the record, the first season averaged around a 0.1 rating in the 18-49 demographic and slightly less than 500,000 viewers. This at least set the bar for what we expect for the series this year. Could it reach some of those numbers in this new timeslot? We hope so, but we’re also concerned that some season 1 viewers don’t even know that the show is on right now.
We know that there are some other orders of business to get to regarding the series, but this was a subject that we wanted to get out of the way before we dived too much into anything else.
So what is coming up on Falling Water season 2 episode 2, in the wake of Saturday’s premiere episode? “Dreamers” is airing next week and, based on the synopsis below, the connection between Taka and his mother’s dreams is going to be apparent:
Tess faces off with an intruder. Burton encounters a ghost from his past. Taka realizes his mother’s dreams may hold the key to solving his case.
Part of the intrigue with a show like Falling Water is that in general, you could see ghosts pop up in many different forms. It isn’t just about seeing somehow surface in the present who you haven’t seen in a while. What takes place within your dreams with a ghost may be a key to greater understanding. We know that at the end of the day, that is what Tess and so many others on this show are really hoping for.
