Blue Bloods season 8 episode 11 video: NYPD under attack

The first Blue Bloods season 8 episode 11 promo has hit the internet, and after watching it you will feel some of the suspense from the upcoming installment. For the first episode of the new year, it’s going to feel like the folks behind the scenes at the show are are on a mission to bring you some of the best drama possible, and they are going to stop at nothing in order to make sure that this happens.

So what is at the center of the case this time around? The promo doesn’t give away too much, save for presenting a picture of the NYPD in great peril. Someone is out to attack the police and sap away at either their lives or resources, and Frank’s not going to have it. He will not take any assault on the police lying down, so all indications that we have at the moment make us feel like this is going to be one of the most exciting, eventful installments of the entire year. We’re curious to learn a little more regarding what the involvement of Danny and the rest of the Reagans is going to be in all of this. What is going to be interesting to many people out there is seeing that not everyone within the Reagan family is going to be on the same side of some of the issues presented in this episode. Be prepared to see some tension unfold between Erin and Frank.

This episode kicks off a run of at least a few new Blue Bloods episodes in the month of January, so it makes a certain degree of sense as to why CBS would want to push some of them now as hard as they are. They’re not going to be on the air in February, because of the Olympics, so that may be even more of an incentive for the series to really push the installments coming up.
