The Four: Battle for Stardom: Can Diddy, DJ Khaled really find the best singers on FOX?
As with any new singing show there is the urge for viewers to compare. How does it fair it to previous music talent shows that have come and gone (as well as the few still on TV?) However you should be compelled to hold off on those comparison urges until you get a chance to check out the first couple of episodes.
The big-name stars that come with this show makes music lovers stop and take notice. What is even more intriguing about this show is that the viewers are impressed with the experts on the panel helping make final decisions. The expert panel is composed of an interesting group of music-based celebrities who are of course well-known. Sean “Diddy” Combs Is in the building, followed by record-producing hit-maker DJ Khaled who can be heard on the radio almost any hour during the day, plus Grammy-winning recording artist Meghan Trainor and last but not least record label executive Charlie Walk.
Can this expert music panel really find the best music star?
When watching The Four: Battle for Stardom remember the four finalists have already been chosen from a large pool of auditions. These folks should be the best out there – then new singers coming on week after week. They are looking to knock the best from their seats. If the new singers out perform the audition picked contestants they will grab the spot. The format is actually backwards as to what is typically seen on other TV competition singing shows. The challengers are facing both competitors and are judged by the panel of experts.
The question most fans are asking is if it’s possible to really find the best musical contestant in this manner? And the answer will come when we watch this new show. Diddy and DJ Khaled obviously hear a lot of talent so there is no doubt the vocal battles will give new talent a well-deserved spotlight.
