SEAL Team episode 11 spoilers: Jason and Alana have some news…
This episode, entitled “Containment,” is going to follow up on the experimental midseason premiere — one that will tell its entire story in real-time as though you are watching 24. There are a few different things that are worth watching, at least judging from the SEAL Team episode 11 synopsis that we’ve got for you at CarterMatt below:
“Containment” – Jason and the SEAL team are sent to intercept the sale of nuclear weapons, but the mission goes sideways when they must make the treacherous journey back to base with nukes that have unsecured fuel rods. Also, Ray is sidelined with a shoulder injury, and Jason and Alana are shocked by their kids’ reactions when the topic of their reunion is brought up, on SEAL TEAM, Wednesday, Jan. 10 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
The Jason and Alana story is one of the most important ones in this hour, simply for the sake of it grounding the rest of the show. Jason’s a guy who’s having to wear many different hats over the course of every episode — while they are all different, they also do inform each other at the same exact time. Part of what makes this story so compelling is getting a chance to see some of these different dynamics play out.
It’s pretty darn clear just precisely where some of the danger is going to come in this episode — you’ll see a little bit of it from Ray’s injury, but then also Jason and the team having to make it back to the base with weapons that could kill them at almost any second. Given that CBS probably isn’t going to cancel SEAL Team after episode 11 because most of the cast died, we have a little bit of optimism that they will push through.

It would be nice to see Jason and Alana’s marriage survive and thrive, but I’m afraid that might not happen. I guess if the show isn’t renewed for a S2 we’ll never find out!
