SWAT episode 9 return date for Shemar Moore, cast

SWAT episode 9

In the wake of tonight’s winter finale on CBS, are you eager to check out the SWAT episode 9 return date? We’ve got that for you within, plus some other details about what’s coming.

While we’re a little bit bummed about the show taking a break next week (December 28), remember this: In comparison to some other hiatuses that we’ve gotten over the past several weeks with other shows this really isn’t all that bad. SWAT was given a full season and as a result of this, they need to air a lot of episodes now in order to be done by the time that May rolls around. That means a lot more of Shemar Moore and some of your other favorite characters.

The SWAT episode 9 return date is Thursday, January 4, and the episode coming up is entitled “Blindspots.” (At no point in this episode is Jaimie Alexander and all of her tattoos going to show up — Blindspot humor.) For more news as to what is coming, we’ve got the SWAT episode 9 synopsis below:

“Blindspots” – When a misconduct complaint filed against Hondo gets him taken off active duty, Deacon steps up to lead the team in finding a robbery crew that is hitting marijuana dispensaries. Also, when Tan notices a similarity between the current robberies and a case from his time with Hollywood LAPD, he asks for help from an informant with whom he has a complicated history, on S.W.A.T., Thursday, Jan. 4 (10:00-11:00, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Sherilyn Fenn returns as Karen Street.

The Tan storyline is probably the one that is the most interesting since it’s a chance to play around with some of the character’s background. You’ll have a chance to learn more about where he worked at prior to him being a part of the team — it certainly sounds like there’s some tension there! As a result of that we’re very much intrigued to watch and see how everything plays out.

Hopefully if you’ve watched SWAT so far through season 1 you’re going to continue to do so — after all, this is the best way to guarantee that the show gets a season 2. Right now we’re optimistic, but you never want to get overly confident with this sort of thing.

We’ll have more news on SWAT season 1 as we get into the new year, so watch this space for more of the latest!
