Good Behavior season 3 renewal hopes: Will TNT give Michelle Dockery series another run?
All CarterMatt knows at the moment is this: There is absolutely a thirst for more Good Behavior from the fanbase. This is not the most-watched drama on TNT, nor is it the one that receives the most buzz on social media, yet its fans are some of the most loyal and they’ve supported the series through two seasons already. While we know we are starting to veer near broken-record territory with this, a Good Behavior season 3 renewal really should happen because this is a show with a lot of room to grow. More viewers should be watching this show; it has the sort of broad appeal of a broadcast show like The Blacklist or Blindspot. Unfortunately, for one reason or another many viewers have not discovered it yet. Maybe viewers see the name and don’t understand what it means, or maybe they just automatically think it’s like Downton Abbey because Michelle Dockery is in it. (Clearly, that is not the case.)
It’s a difficult task trying to determine why more viewers have not seen Good Behavior — we could also look at either its difficult timeslot for seasons 1 and 2 or outside promotion — but the facts are what they are right now. It’s a bubble show in terms of its ratings and TNT has yet to make a decision on its future.
It should be noted that, as of right now, TNT is a network in need of some sustainable original programming. Major Crimes is ending, Will was canceled earlier this summer, and some indications suggest that the end is near for The Last Ship after the upcoming fifth season. They have found a hit in Claws, but the status of The Librarians is unclear and another one of their series in The Alienist has yet to premiere. While Good Behavior is not a highly-rated show it’s at least stable and fits in well with the overall TNT brand. It’s almost a cross between the old TNT M.O. (steady crime-based series) and the new one they are trying to create (artsy, original serialized dramas); it should appeal to both crowds.
TNT does have some time to make their decision on a Good Behavior season 3 renewal; fingers crossed it’s soon. The longer the wait goes, the longer inevitably anxiety grows among the fanbase. If season 2 is in fact the end, it’s probably better to know sooner rather than later so the fans aren’t dragged along.

I’m going to be absolutely devastated if they don’t renew for season 3. I discovered the show about a month ago by accident and binge watched the series in a couple of days. Please TN&T renew Good Behavior!!!!!!!!!!!
