The Fosters season 5 episode 11 spoilers: Callie takes up Ximena’s cause
The story with Callie and Ximena is going to also continue on well after the conclusion of the winter premiere. For more on that, know that The Fosters season 5 episode 11 entitled “Invisible” is going to be all about Callie trying to find a new way to help her friend out. For more on that, check out the episode synopsis below:
Callie actively helps to make Ximena’s fight visible. Meanwhile, Brandon and Grace struggle to be intimate knowing her diagnosis and Mariana is suddenly courted by multiple suitors.
Basically, this episode is covering all extremes — Brandon tries to figure out how to relate to Grace during a time of great personal turmoil while Marian basically gets to be the Bachelorette. As for Callie, it shouldn’t surprise anyone that she decides to take on the role of revolutionary, given that this is something that she is very comfortable with doing and she’s taken on the part for a number of different causes in the past.
Callie is also an ally that you want on your side since she understands government and how to fight for what she wants. We’ve seen that many times over with just how hard she’s worked to push reform in the foster-care system. If she wants something bad enough, she will do everything that she can in order to fight for it. Of course, the problem for Callie is that resolving DACA is such a vast problem that it’s bigger than any one person and every single story is emotional in its own way.
