Blindspot season 3 episode 8 preview: Will secrets destroy Jane, Weller?
For much of season 3 to date one of the biggest themes is trust. While many of these characters have worked together in the FBI before, how many of them are in the same place they were before the time jump? The simple answer is zero. Patterson and Rich Dotcom held a secret about their past, there’s obviously been the whole Berlin mystery with Weller, and then Jane found out the secret about her being a mother, one buried extremely deep within her past.
Below, CarterMatt has for you the full Blindspot season 3 episode 8 synopsis, which we think does a good job of explaining how trust will be a key player in the upcoming story:
As the team works together to take down a foe, Jane (Jaimie Alexander) and Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) face a toxic secret that threatens to tear them apart. Also starring Rob Brown (Edgar Reade) and Audrey Esparza (Tasha Zapata), Ashley Johnson (Patterson) and Luke Mitchell (Roman). Guest Starring Mary Stuart Masterson (Eleanor Hirst), David Morse (Hank Crawford), Tori Anderson (Blake Crawford), Ennis Esmer (Rich Dotcom), Amy Margaret Wilson (Briana), Bridget Barkan (Agent Pozzebon), Marcus Callender (Agent Berger) and Anne Troup (Agent Kim) TV-14 V
We’re grateful that Blindspot season 3 is keeping itself on the air so close to the holidays, even if we’re a little concerned at the same time that some of the ratings are going to suffer. If you love Blindspot as much as we do, the only thing that we can say is that you really all should keep watching and watch it live! Do your part to ensure that this crazy/twisted series finds a way to stick around for an additional season. This fall finale is going to be especially important, given that almost everything you see will in turn help to set the stage for some new episodes in the new year.

This show is done. No more ideas. The whole Roman thing is silly, he’s doing all this to get back at Jane for choosing Weller over Roman? Just silly. And that new woman Blake is boring and an non-entity, does anyone care about who she is or why she’s in the show? Her teeth are huge and so distracting. All the show is trying to do is break Jane and Kurt apart just to put them back together again, the next season. Jane was much better off for those two years not being with the goody two-shoes FBI team. Jane needs to kick ass with some bad asses.

Still Love the show, always trying to get people interested in such a roller coaster ride of a show. This season has pulled out all the stops to make it that more interesting. I still want to see more of Rich Dotcom… Always hilarious, and I hope that Weller hasn’t made a deal with the Devil per say with Roman just to keep Jane safe. I’ve watch this show from the very first minute and will stick with to the very end. I hope the viewing audience is as big a fan as myself.
