Arrow season 6 episode 10 return date for Stephen Amell, cast

Arrow season 6 episode 10

Want to check out the Arrow season 6 episode 10 return date in the wake of the midseason finale coming on The CW tonight?

Per the network, the series featuring Stephen Amell, David Ramsey, and Emily Bett Rickards is going to be coming back on the air on Thursday, January 18 with all-new episodes. We’ve got still more than half of the season to go, which is great given that there are some more villains we are eager to see a whole lot more of — with Michael Emerson leading the way as Cayden James. Follow him up with Kirk Acevedo as the Dragon, a guy we know is a rather big deal in the comics and should become even more of one on the show. Also, we loved Acevedo on Oz – he’s brilliant!

Beyond all else, one of the biggest things that we want to see on the second half of Arrow season 6 is the reestablishing of Star City as a place with its own unique cultural identity. If you go back to the first season or two of the show it has more specific neighborhoods and a vibe that is uniquely its own. Since Oliver became Mayor it oddly feels like the city is becoming even more nebulous — it may also be harder for the show to find that balance of establishing this place given that it’s now part of this larger superhero machine. We imagine that it’s harder to use the city as a playground given that Arrow, (coupled with the remainder of the CW superhero universe) all film in the same exact place in Vancouver.

In the coming weeks we should have a better idea of what The CW programming strategy is going to be with all of their different superhero shows. For now, it appears as though they’re not deviating from their typical plan of airing throughout late January / February, which is only surprising since it would throw shows like Arrow directly up against the Olympics (and no network wants to do that). Yet, it’s possible that executives here aren’t as worried about their younger viewership bailing on these shows in favor of the Games, especially since there are so many ways to check out Olympic highlights these day without having to watch the entire event. It’s not necessary that you watch the games live.
