Elf on the Shelf in a blender? The Voice eliminations, Below Deck season finale

Voice -

On Tuesday night the selection of music and sports will have you cheering on some of the best people in entertainment. During this cheerful time of year, live shows (including reality shows and sporting events) are some of the best opportunities to hang out with friends and family while watching what happens on the tube. Of course, no betting is allowed, but snacks are definitely encouraged!

Bryan Cranston is The Elf on the Shelf

On the Late, Late Show with James Corden the viewers got to see a funny skit surrounding one of America’s holiday traditions: Elf on the Shelf. If you’ve been in a major department store lately, you will see that there are even Elf clothes available to make your elf a little more personal. However, James’ elf was voiced by Bryan Cranston and kept a strong eye on the star as he kept him from being a bad child. The funniest moment in the skit (besides the ending and you’ve got to see that for yourself) is when James shoves The Elf on the Shelf in a blender and hits the power. Any parent who feels this spying little doll has a bit too much power in their house will crack up laughing as the priceless moment is brilliant.

The Voice Eliminations

Grab a box of tissues as tonight is The Voice eliminations and someone is going home. I find the hardest part of any reality competition is watching people leave the stage, because it takes a certain sense of confidence and determination to get as far as they do. Then they get axed. This year The Voice has offered up some seriously talented people so it’s going to be even harder. I don’t know who might be leaving, but I am never prepared.

Below Deck Season Finale

For reality show lovers, the final episode of Below Deck is on Tuesday night. Of course, there will be the reunion show in a few weeks. Tonight viewers will get the chance to see how it all ends after the final charter guests go home. This season has been riddled with mistakes by newbies, issues with guests and well, questionable food. The scenery is gorgeous and the peek into how the yachting world works is cool. Sadly Captain Lee has been straddled with a crew that’s brought down the show. Hopefully next season the producers will step up their game and include some interesting characters who bring experience and fun to the next boat.

And finally…..Hollywood’s Christmas Parade

Don’t forget to mark your calendars for the 85th Annual Hollywood Christmas Parade that is held on Hollywood Boulevard. The biggest names in show business ride down the street under the twinkle of the night. This year the parade was held before Thanksgiving, but it airs next Friday night on the CW Network. Why should you tune in? It’s a string of stars who share the holiday spirit and it’s all kicked off with Grand Marshal Dr. Oz.
