Dancing with the Stars 25 finale: Did Jordan Fisher, Lindsey Stirling, Frankie Muniz win?
We’ll be honest here, though — this was really a race between a couple of different contestants. In one corner, you had Jordan and Lindsay Arnold, a guy with an extreme amount of stage experience. He was the guy going into the season who you could look at and say “okay, this is the guy who is probably going to win the show at the end of the season.”
As for the person in the other corner, we had someone in Lindsey with Mark Ballas. These two also entered the night with a perfect score from the night before, and we had a pretty good feeling that fans really loved the unique freestyle that she performed with the violin the night before.
So where does this leave Frankie Muniz? Well, he wasn’t in a very good spot in the slightest. One of the better things about this episode was getting a chance to see an appearance from Bryan Cranston, and the presence of the former Malcolm in the Middle star tonight was great just for that moment. He’s also a very good dancer and a super-kind soul and we really hope that there are some gigs coming up for him in the future after this.
The actual results
So … what happened? Frankie of course finished in third place, and this led in the end to a showdown between Jordan and Lindsey. Our gut said that Jordan probably had it going into last night, but the freestyle performances and Lindsey’s creativity started to tilt us more in the other direction.
With that, we’re pleased to report that the winner is … Jordan! Congrats to him on a great season, and he and Lindsay Arnold have a lot to celebrate and be thankful for. In general, this has to be one of the best group of finalists in recent memory and a pretty satisfying season as a whole.
