Lethal Weapon season 2 episode 8: What is Scorsese’s real name?

What is Scorsese’s real name? Out of the many Easter eggs that there are in Lethal Weapon, this is one of them — and it may be resolved fairly soon. Season 2 episode 8 of the Fox series is promising some sort of answer — as for whether or not it will be satisfying, the only thing that we can say on that is that this is the sort of thing that is always polarizing. Whether or not you are satisfied is probably going to be completely up to what you feel is a satisfying name. There are some people out there, for example, who hate that Mr. Big’s first name is John. However, there are also some people out there who feel like it was the best possible move to have all of that hype lead to something fairly generic.

The Lethal Weapon season 2 episode 8 synopsis below doesn’t necessary offer you up too much when it comes to teases on the name beyond that you’re going to learn the truth. Instead, it focuses on some other fun topics, including Riggs getting to bond with a childhood friend and Murtaugh making a surprising revelation:

Riggs and Murtaugh are led into the underground mob world as they investigate a murder in a hospital. Meanwhile, Murtaugh learns that Riana is secretly dating his neighbor and nemesis’ (guest star Andrew Patrick Ralston) son. Also, Riggs spends more time with his childhood friend, Molly (guest star Kristen Gutoskie), and Scorsese’s real name is revealed in the all-new “Fork-Getta-Bout It” episode of LETHAL WEAPON airing Tuesday, Nov. 28 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

The Lethal Weapon season 2 episode 8 title is also tremendous: “Fork-Getta-Bout It.” We also love the fact that there is almost a Romeo & Juliet sort of situation going on when it comes to Riana and her new boyfriend.

This episode should be a good one just for the sake of bringing a lot of different/fun stuff your way. It’s also going to be a nice chance for a potential ratings recovery given that, at least at the moment, we’re not altogether confident in what the ratings are going to be tonight. We don’t have high hopes two days before Thanksgiving.
