The Brave episode 10 return date: When are Mike Vogel, cast back?
The bad news is that tonight’s installment is the final one for the Mike Vogel military series this year. The good news, however, is that the network isn’t going to make you wait too long in the new year to see more. The Brave episode 10 is currently slated to premiere on New Year’s Day at 10:00 p.m. Eastern time, where it will air the first of several episodes in succession.
Why is the show coming back so early — and on a holiday, no less? One of the reasons for that is due by and large to the Winter Olympics. That is coming in February, and you want to get a solid bunch of episodes on the air before you roll around to that point. In the case of The Brave, what’s going to happen is that the remainder of the first season should air in the first several weeks of January — including what we believe to be the finale. Thanks to new series Good Girls getting the spot in February, the show isn’t getting a back-nine order.
Does that mean that it’s getting canceled? Not necessarily. The show averaged a 1.1 rating in the 18-49 demographic this fall — while that’s not amazing, it’s better than some of their other shows including Blindspot, Law & Order True Crime, and The Blacklist. The biggest test for The Brave will come when it airs its episodes in January without the help of The Voice. If it maintains most of the ratings momentum it has right now, we do believe that it’ll be renewed for a second season. If it falls to the 0.7-0.8 range without it on the air — similar to what happened to Timeless last year — it’s going to be in trouble. The renewal of Timeless was somewhat of a modern-day television miracle and we’re not altogether confident that this is the sort of thing that will happen twice. It’s still hard to believe that it happened once — happy as we are about it.
Update: The Brave episode 10 has been delayed, and it will now air on January 8.

This is why Netflix is dominating the market, they don’t pull this mid season finale crap and make viewers wait months for the next ep.
