Poldark season 4 – Children in Need video: Aidan Turner, Eleanor Tomlinson, and positive energy
(Rest assured, there are no major spoilers ahead even if you are watching the show in America.)
In the video below, you can see a handful of lucky fans get a chance to pay a visit to the show’s set, and what they experienced is some fun, some positive vibes, and a wide array of surprise cameos. We feel like some of these women must have expected that they would get a chance to meet a cast member or two; however, we imagine that they didn’t see some of this coming. They got to see many cast members, wear some period costumes, and eventually got a full tour courtesy of none other than Eleanor Tomlinson! It was pretty funny that Tomlinson was the one wearing street clothes while the ladies were all dressed in period costumes.
Eventually, Aidan Turner did turn up and delivered a few hugs, and from here you got a few funny moments. He was eager to have them on board, and the surprises weren’t over. They got to watch some of the show be filmed, and beyond that, they saw Osbourne Whitworth and Warleggan smile! That’s not something you get to see on a regular basis given how awful some of these characters are.
Poldark season 4 is in the process of filming for its launch in the new year, and this promotional video was created as a means to raise some awareness of helping out children in need. One of the main things that the BBC does right is keeping a constant emphasis on charity and giving back. These are people who remain very much intent on trying to pay things forward as opposed to just celebrating the world as it is. That’s an admirable quality, and something that many other networks can learn from. (It probably helps that this is a network funded by the people as opposed to a private corporation.)
