Hawaii Five-0 season 8 episode 7 video: See Ian Anthony Dale back in action!

Hawaii Five-0 season 8 episode 7

You’ve been forced to wait for quite a while, but the good news is finally here: Hawaii Five-0 season 8 episode 7 will bring Ian Anthony Dale back to the show! The actor, (recently a part of CBS’ Salvation), is technically a series regular. While it’s not exactly clear how many episodes this season he will be a part of, we know that he does have a big role in what’s coming up on Friday night.

The new sneak peek that CarterMatt has for you below is proof of this very thing.

In this preview, Steve McGarrett relies on both Adam and also Junior Reigns to supply a little backup for him in what looks to be a dangerous mission — the synopsis for this episode suggests that it’ll be a heist. The twist here is that the sort of help Steve is asking for is not the sort of help that he actually receives. Instead, Junior and Adam decide to go in with him as opposed to waiting outside. Maybe this proves to be a good decision depending on what’s going on.

As exciting as all of this is — and as fun as it is to see people routinely disobeying some of McGarrett’s orders — what has us worried is that the synopsis also detailed that Steve is going to make a “heartbreaking” decision. As if we didn’t have enough sad stuff happening on the show at the moment, some event is going to come along and cause even more tears.

What else could be coming for Adam?

This episode is your first opportunity in order to see how he is faring since Kono’s departure from Hawaii. These two clearly love each other, and for him, having to get used to her not being around is not going to be easy. Expect some emotional moments for him as he tries to figure out his place — this was hard enough for him after getting out of prison, let alone now that he doesn’t have the love of his life nearby. The good news is that we may get some sort of Kono update in the episode somewhere.
