Game of Thrones alum Jason Momoa still speaks Dothraki (video)

Just in case getting the opportunity to see Game of Thrones alum Jason Momoa speak Dothraki is your idea of a good day, CarterMatt has you covered.

In the video below from this weekend’s edition of The Graham Norton Show, you can see Momoa choose to belt out a little bit of this signature language from the HBO show. For some reason or another, this is something that he found a way to remember despite it being a good six-plus years ago since he first filmed some of these scenes. Apparently, if you are forced to speak in Dothraki for long enough, you figure out a way to remember it. This has to be a really good trick to do at parties — it’s certainly a great moment on this show, especially since it is used to completely freak Hugh Grant out.

Momoa has shown a great love for Game of Thrones over the years, and understandably so for many different reasons. For example, he still routinely sees his former TV wife Emilia Clarke and the two have a really close friendship. We also feel like Momoa would still be happy to be on set if the producers hadn’t needed to kill Drogo off in order to further along the story.

Luckily, Jason does have plenty of other work these days. He has a role in the series Frontier, and to go along with that is currently in the process of promoting his role in the upcoming Justice League. This will be followed by an Aquaman feature film, which excites us for the most part because it’s going to be one of the most intense/awesome versions of Aquaman that we’ve ever seen.

Is this video pretty much exactly what you wanted to see from Momoa since you’re not seeing him back on the show? (The only reason we say that is because of some ridiculous rumors that are out there.) Be sure to share some of your thoughts on that subject below!

The final season of Game of Thrones is going to premiere most likely in 2019 — while a premiere next year hasn’t been 100% ruled out at the moment, we have to say that we’re not altogether optimistic about it.
