Once Upon a Time season 7 episode 7: Who is Eloise Gardener?

Who is Eloise Gardener on Once Upon a Time season 7 episode 7? This is a question that the next couple of episodes are going to explore.

The first thing that you should know is that there are actually two different episodes of the show that are going to airing back to back next week. With Inhumans coming to a close, ABC is doubling up on the fairy-tale drama and making an event out of the story.

One of the biggest theories that we’ve got about the Eloise character is that she is linked to Rapunzel in some shape or form — this character, (a new version as opposed to the one played by Alexandra Metz) made an appearance on the show in the past. She will have some sort of connection to one major character on the show, and that has not been fully explored as of right now.

The promo below, (unfortunately) does not offer many clues one way or another. Yet, there are some hints at big reveals that are coming up in the near future. Take, for example, Roni/Regina saying the word “Rumpelstiltskin” in the direction of Weaver or, Henry deciding to make a trip over to Wonderland. This is the sort of game-changing two-episode block that the show needs.

Look at the ratings — Once Upon a Time seems to be on its way to ending this season, and unless there is some big swing in the ratings that may not change. It may even be too little, too late already. The biggest issue that this show is facing at the moment is that of the timeslot. Airing a family drama on Friday night is a terrible idea all around. Most families with younger children are taking advantage of this opportunity to go outside and do other things — you know, the sort of stuff that they are unable to do the rest of the week.

We do want to see things turn around for Once Upon a Time, so fingers crossed that whether it be through Eloise or some other reveal with the new curse, the writers pull off something fantastic.
