Who was eliminated on Dancing with the Stars: Terrell Owens or Frankie Muniz?
Terrell Owens – File him under one of those people who is just lucky to be here at the moment. The former NFL wide receiver has a lot of fans from his glory days — his scores haven’t been sensational compared to some of the others, but he is clearly doing enough to get by and stay in the competition.
Drew Scott – Meanwhile, the Property Brothers star was largely in the same boat. While we didn’t seriously think entering tonight’s episode that he was going to be in danger (the guy has fans), he probably should have been when you are thinking about the scores and scores alone.
In the end though, how many of these eliminations matter since it’s pretty clear that Jordan Fisher should win the whole thing? The stage performer is the best dancer this season and it’s really not even close.
Who actually went home?
In true Dancing with the Stars fashion the elimination was as rushed as humanly possible and it really needed to be. The first couple who was declared safe for the semifinals was Jordan & Lindsay Arnold (go figure), and following them Lindsey Stirling & Mark Ballas. Victoria Arlen & Mark Ballas, (who we were slightly worried about) also made it to the semifinals.
Then, Drew and Emma Slater were declared safe. CALLED THAT. We also started to get really nervous regarding the status of Frankie Muniz, who really shouldn’t go home, but has been in jeopardy on the show before. What’s wrong with America? How can you do Malcolm in the Middle dirty like this?
Terrell and Cheryl Burke were eliminated in the end, though.
We have to give T.O. a ton of credit for coming on the show and coming across so well. This wasn’t the same over-the-top guy with all of the shenanigans that we came to know when he was a part of the NFL. He had a softer, gentler side and it really seemed as though everyone who was in the ballroom with him liked him.
