NCIS season 15 photo: The McGee meme that causes a stir
Should it, or should he be proud of the tremendous hair that he seems to have in this photo? That’s a matter of interpretation, we suppose! All we can tell you for the time being is that this old photo (which somehow surfaces online) of Tim as a teenager manages to pass itself around the internet and cause him in turn all sorts of embarrassment. It is a certain degree more fame than McGee has ever had before in his life, but it also is not the sort of fame that he probably wants.
Will this be hard on the character? Maybe, but by and large the point of this storyline seems to be mostly offering up an opportunity for everyone to have a good laugh at McGee’s expense once more. One of the things that is worth remembering about this situation at the moment is that McGee is a character wrestling with a few different things at the moment — he is still recovering mentally from the capture at the start of the season, and beyond that he has something more going on with his wife expecting a child. This will be a distraction from some of the stresses of the rest of his life, though we suppose that having a silly picture of yourself out there could be stressful in its own right.
One thing we wills say here, though, is that for a meme, “thug life” is a little bit of a lame caption. Can you think of something better? We’d love to hear below, and we’re curious to see if there are any other captions that do come about over the course of this episode. (This is a chance for the writers to get creative!)
