The Flash season 4 episode 5: Details on Katee Sackhoff appearance!

Flash season 4 episode 5

The Flash season 4 episode 5 is going to mark the first appearance of Katee Sackhoff on the series, and it looks like she’ll be bringing quote a bit of drama to the table.

If you’ve been following the season, then you know that her character already has some ties to the character of Caitlin Snow — the Battlestar Galactica / Longmire actress is the DC Comucs villain Amunet Black, a power broker who has some tie to the time in which Caitlin was away from the team. During this episode entitled “Girls Night Out,” you’ll get a sense of some of what she does in order to impact the team and Caitlin’s life. Let’s just say that Killer Frost, whether it be in the past or present, could have a role to play here.

Check out the synopsis below for even more insight:

KATEE SACKHOFF (“BATTLESTAR GALACTICA”) AND EMILY BETT RICKARDS (“ARROW”) GUEST STAR – Having received an ominous threat from her old boss, Amunet (guest star Katee Sackhoff), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) fears that her past time as Killer Frost may be back to haunt her. Felicity (guest star Emily Bett Rickards) comes to Central City to help the girls celebrate Iris’s (Candice Patton) bachelorette party, while Cisco (Carlos Valdes), Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and the guys take Barry out for a night on the town. Laura Belsey directed the episode written by Lauren Certo & Kristen Kim (#405). Original airdate 11/7/2017.

This episode is going to be more than likely fun because of the bachelorette party of it all, but what that entails remains to be seen. It does also seem as though Barry’s going to have his bachelor party, as well, in this episode, but we’re not sure how crazy that will be given that one of the guys in attendance is the bride-to-be’s father. (Granted, Barry doesn’t seem like the type to have a crazy bachelor party in the first place.)

Hopefully “Girls Night Out” is indicative of the sort of story that The Flash is continuing to tell in season 4 — something that does have some serious moments, but mixes them in with a lot of fun, humor, and energy. This is meant to be reminiscent of the show’s first season when there was a lot of this.

What’s missing from this synopsis

The Thinker. We know that he is the Big Bad for the season but there still isn’t a whole lot that is being said at the moment about when he’ll start to interact with some of the main characters more. At the moment we’ve yet to even see him longer than just a minute or two, and they don’t even know that he exists for now.
