Blindspot season 3 episode 3 will give you big Rich Dotcom mission
The show’s upcoming November 10 episode entitled “Upside Down Craft” is going to bring the fan favorite guest star to the forefront, and with that there’s going to be a pretty interesting mystery at the heart of what he is working on with Patterson. When the season starts up Patterson’s going to be away from much of the action while off working in Silicon Valley. There are some good questions out there regarding just how long that is going to last, but for the time being we do think that this is going to be an interesting way to start off this character’s journey. There is something interesting to be said for throwing this character out separate from the rest of the world and giving us a better sense of what her life is like.
By the time this episode airs, it’s certainly possible that Patterson will be thrown right back into the FBI world — having to work with Rich should certainly keep things exciting! The synopsis below has more information both on that and the Jane/Weller story that is also coming up in this installment:
While Jane (Jaimie Alexander) and Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) hunt down a collective of dangerous computer hackers, Patterson (Ashley Johnson) and Rich Dotcom (Guest Star Ennis Esmer) must work together to hide an explosive secret from their past. Also starring Rob Brown (Edgar Reade), Audrey Esparza (Tasha Zapata), Luke Mitchell (Roman). Guest Starring Mary Stuart Masterson (Eleanor Hirst), Heather Burns (Kathy Gustafson), R. Ward Duffy (Kevin Loewe), Natalie Roy (Courtney Puritsky), Alex Webb (Mike Shusterman), Tarik Lowe (Eric Vance), Michelle Hendley (Sam Kadhoda) and Manni Perez (Vanessa Eckert).
As for what else could be coming within this story there are some other mysteries still out there, ones that you’ll get a better sense of within the first two episodes of the season. One of the biggest things that we know at the moment is that we’re going to get a good chance to see Roman flex his bad-guy muscles early on in the season, and hopefully this leads to some more interesting drama down the road as he remains relentless in his goals against Jane and the rest of the team.
