Outlander season 3 episode 6 photos: Cairiona Balfe, Sam Heughan, and Cesar Domboy featured!
While none of these photos (see the bottom of the article; click on each individual one to enlarge) get too revealing about what happens in the episode / the very-famous scene, they do paint a picture of romance, longing, and excitement for the two parties to finally be together. They do also show that there are some moments still where Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe will not be spending all of their time together. The two will be out on the streets, mixing with people and also trying to settle whatever orders of business that they have. For Jamie Fraser in this episode there are some essential things that will need to be taken care of — early details regarding “A. Malcolm” suggest that over the course of the episode we’ll see him doing his best in order to resolve some issues that existed prior to Claire’s arrival back in the 18th centruy. Remember here that Jamie had a period of time after Helwater that we have not see on the show yet. It’s possible that this episode will give us a sense of that, even if we do not see it directly in the form of some individual scenes. The show has proven many times over now that there are multiple ways of telling a story.
One of the other notable photos in here gives you a first look within the lens of the story at Cesar Domboy as the older version of Fergus. The poor young man lost his hand earlier this season in order to protect Jamie, and following that Jamie vowed to help care for him. The two will still have some sort of partnership in “A. Malcolm,” and it could be one of many exciting things to see over this extended episode. (Remember, we’re getting about fifteen minutes more footage than we are used to.) There is much to enjoy here, including seeing what the relationship between Jamie and Claire looks like after such an extended period of time apart.
