NCIS: Los Angeles season 9 episode 4 preview: ‘Plain Sight’ problems

NCIS: Los Angeles season 9 episode 4 will be airing on CBS in one week’s time, and this episode is going to feature a few new things. For one, this episode entitled “Plain Sight” is going to feature Shay Mosley a little more out in the field than we’ve seen her. Not only that, but you’re going to be seeing the entire team dive into a very opulent world in order to try to uncover what happened to some stolen weapons. Judging from the title alone, the easy answer to this case would be that said episodes were actually far more apparent than anyone would ever realize at first glance.

NCIS: Los Angeles season 9 episode 4 synopsis – “After weapons with a $1 million street value are stolen, the team tracks the evidence to a wealthy charity event, prompting Mosley to be added to the guest list with Callen and Sam as her security detail, on NCIS: LOS ANGELES, Sunday, Oct. 22 (9:30-10:30 PM, ET/9:00-10:00 PM, PT) on the CBS Television Network.”

One of the things that we’re already starting to realize here about season 9 is that the show is really diving into a lot of undercover missions. Sure, this has always been a part of the show in one way or another, but we feel a little bit like the reason it’s so prominent right now has to deal with the fact that we’re in a part of the show’s run now where these missions are simply appealing. We know these characters on such a level that there is some fun in seeing them step outside of themselves for a moment. Meanwhile, we also do feel like the actors probably love to do this sort of stuff as a means to take on some other material while still getting to work with the same crew. It adds to their overall enjoyment of the job.
