Raven’s Home season 2 renewal official at Disney Channel
Per a report from TVLine, the network has went ahead and greenlit more episodes of the Raven-Symone series after what has been by and large a fairly successful season 1. The show is a continuation of the classic That’s So Raven series from so many years ago, with the big difference here being that the title character is now a mother alongside her friend Chelsea, and the two are raising children of their own. Raven’s son just so happens to possess the same incredible gift to see the future that she does.
This is a show that we entered the year having some big expectations for a wide array of different reasons, mostly because of the original show and also the network’s history of giving most of their shows more than one kick at the can. If you remember Girl Meets World, the network’s other recent attempt at rebooting an existing property, ended up going for three seasons. It’s still hard to say whether or not we’re going to have a chance to see this show last this long, but time will tell. We’re certainly intrigued about the opportunity to see the show expand more of these characters, have some fun, and learn a few lessons that you get a chance to see along the way.
Once there is more news regarding a Raven’s Home season 2, we’ll be sure to let you know! For the time being, though, we do think that there are going to be some more great stories coming to conclude the first season. More than likely the show is going to be delivering an ending that gets people excited about the show and also talking, given that they want people to be excited/intrigued for everything that is coming up down the road, whenever that may be.
New episodes of Raven’s Home are going to start airing at some point presumably in 2018.
