Expect live shows on Monday night to address this tragedy. From late night talk shows to reality shows like Dancing With the Stars, a moment of unity will be heard from Hollywood. There is no doubt writers are feverishly writing words tapping into the core American values to remind us all that we must stand together during this difficult time.

Fans are already noticing that those strenuous rehearsals and over the top performances are shaping the celebrity’s bodies in just a few short weeks. If you are wondering who is talking about their new body, take a peek at Pretty Little Liars star Sasha Pieterse. A victim of body shaming in the past, the star has shared her journey with DWTS fans via a new Us Weekly story. Only a couple of weeks into the show and she’s already reported to have lost 15 pounds.

In past seasons the weight loss of Dancing With the Stars contestants were closely watched and celebrated. Reflecting on the food they eat, the number of calories burnt daily and the consistent exercise, many of the viewers want to know more. Sometimes, the show helps other people as they look to enhance their own lives.

Scorpion Season 4: What’s next?

Scorpion fans will be glued to CBS on Monday night. The popular show kicked off the new season last week (yes, I do pay attention) but the Team Scorpion fans are excited to see what adventures are coming up on Monday night. This is the fourth season of the show and the story line is set up to really deep dive into the characters. I’m excited to see how the characters engage with each other as they help save the world.

While the best is yet to come, I’m just hoping the singing and dancing will be kept to a minimum. I mean, no disrespect is intended to the stars last week but I felt the show had too much glitz going down. Keep in mind that DWTS on the same night and during the channel flipping I was becoming a little lost on which show I was watching. Or maybe it has absolutely nothing to do with Scorpion and I need to lay off the vino…. Either way, let’s get back to the business of solving situations using those brains!

Finally….Ellen reveals relaxation techniques

The Ellen Show released a new video on Monday where Ellen DeGeneres shares her relaxation techniques with the audience. It appears that the impromptu question from the audience. What might have been a long, lengthy spiritual answer turned into valuable advice that we all could take away.  Ellen shared that she hikes, plays with her animals, goes to the ocean and even meditates when she tries to relieve stress.

Honestly, the first thing that popped into my head when hearing her answer was that she sounds pretty normal when it comes to having the same issues other folks have. We all encounter stress and to keep balanced we do things that offer us a moment of reflection, happiness and keeps all the drama outside the door.
