The Big Bang Theory season 11 episode 3: Raj, Stuart in competition

When The Big Bang Theory season 11 episode 3 airs on CBS come Monday, October 9, there could be an element of the story that is like The Bachelorette. After all, you’ve got both Stuart and Raj trying to win over the same woman, and it’s not entirely clear as to whether or not she is even interested in either one of them.

This episode is entitled “The Relaxation Integration,” and before getting into anything else let’s go ahead and share the full synopsis of what you can expect to see below:

“As Sheldon stresses about picking a wedding date, Amy tries to convince him he has a more laid-back side. Also, Koothrappali and Stuart compete to win the heart of Bernadette’s new coworker, Ruchi (Swati Kapila), on Monday, Oct. 9 (8:00-8:31 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.”

Kapila is best known for appearing on Blunt Talk as well as Younger, and we’re absolutely curious to learn more about if she could stay around as a love interest for either one of these characters. One of the things that isn’t altogether known at the moment is whether or not she is the woman Stuart claimed that he had a date with at the end of the premiere.

In general, we anticipate that season 11 is going to feature an elevated sense of purpose for Raj when it comes to his love life, and you could sense that in the premiere when he realized that every single person around him in his life was starting to move forward and having new things happen with them. He may have been happy for them, but at the same time that doesn’t mean that there isn’t still that little voice in the back of his mind telling him that he’s never going to have someone and will end up feeling very much alone.

As for Amy and Sheldon…

The biggest thing that we have to say about this is that our sympathies lie with Amy given that Sheldon is probably going to be the biggest groomzilla of all time. He’s not going to be cooperative with almost anything, and we imagine that this is going to cause all sorts of headaches.
