How to Get Away with Murder season 4 episode 2 spoilers: Laurel’s baby mystery

Are you already ready for How to Get Away with Murder season 4 episode 2? Well, we do know that this show has this amazing habit of hooking you almost instantly! That’s probably going to be more true this season than ever before, largely due to the fact that you’re once again going to see flash-forwards that hint towards something else terrible happening in the future. This show has developed a pattern — spend the final few minutes of every episode torturing you as to what is coming up in the future.

The synopsis below basically comprises some of the first information that we’ve got regarding what lies ahead, including how Annalise and her lawyers-in-training still struggle to deal with the ghosts of their past.

How to Get Away with Murder season 4 episode 2 synopsis – “While Annalise reconnects with an important client from her past, she continues to struggle to move forward in her personal life. Meanwhile, the “Keating 4” find it difficult to move past their tarnished reputations; and in a flash-forward, details to a tragic crime begin to unfold on.”

We do think that the more that this show does actually touch on some of the terrible stuff that these characters have gone through, the better off the series is going to be in the end. One of the biggest things that you do have to remember here is that some of the cases that the group has worked on are rather high-profile. In the right rooms people will of course be able to single them out, and to call that problematic would be making a pretty gross understatement.

By the end of this episode, we anticipate that in the typical How to Get Away with Murder mold you’re going to get a little more information regarding what is coming up once the events of the story finally catch up to where we are in the present; yet, you’re probably not going to get everything that you could possibly want, either. This show will probably dangle a carrot in front of you, in one way or another, from now until it ends.

This does give you even more of a sense regarding what the central mystery of the show is at the moment, and it’s a big one: Trying to determine what happened to Laurel’s baby. This is tragic, terrible, and almost guaranteed to haunt her almost every second for the remainder of the season until she learns the truth. It is interesting to have some of these leaps ahead focus more on her character for a change.
