Once Upon a Time season 7 premiere spoilers: The Henry – Cinderella story

One of the more intriguing elements to the Once Upon a Time season 7 story is the Henry – Cinderella connection. What is the nature of their relationship? There are already rumors out there that she is the mother of Henry’s child Lucy, but that’s not confirmed as of yet. All we can effectively say on the subject right now is that the show’s not going to waste too much time giving you some information and hopefully answers — you’ll learn more about the relationship right away during the upcoming October premiere entitled “Hyperion Heights.”

“Henry encounters a troubled Cinderella in a later distant realm and is forced to make difficult choices; Henry’s daughter Lucy finds him disillusioned at his home in Seattle and must make him remember his true self in order to defeat the curse. “

Hyperion Heights is the name of Henry’s Seattle neighborhood, and it will serve as the setting for much of the new season of the show. While here, you will learn that Regina, Hook, and presumably Rumpelstiltskin are all going to have roles in the story still, and that there are real people mingling around almost every corner with displaced fairy-tale characters unaware of their previous history. This story feels like a mixture of things old and new. There are some elements of it that are going to feel very much familiar, but also some that will feel rather foreign.

The Henry – Cinderella relationship at the center is still the most interesting. Their past is really important to understanding how Henry ended up where he did, and also whether or not his daughter Lucy can find a way to bring him back. If her mother is Cinderella, then she has all the more incentive to seek out Henry and get him to break this new curse keeping everyone’s identities at bay. We at CarterMatt do still have some other questions about her, including where she is staying or how she found out where Henry is. Hopefully, these are questions that are answered fairly early on in the season.
