Zoo season 3 episode 12 spoilers: Can Tessa, Dariela save the team?
Episode 12 is entitled “West Side Story,” which makes us want to imagine this as the musical episode where Mitch is one of the Jets and all of the hybrids are naturally the Sharks. Alas, we don’t think that is the case (however, this is Zoo and anything can happen on this show). We foresee that the “west side” here is a reference to where the team’s plane has crashed, as per the synopsis below:
Zoo season 3 episode 12 synopsis – “After the team’s plane suffers a catastrophic accident in the hybrid zone, Dariela and Tessa (Hilary Jardine) set out on a rescue mission to save them.”
If there was a place where the team would probably need to be rescued, wouldn’t it be where there are hybrids at almost every turn? It makes some sense that they are going to need some serious help, and hopefully over this hour they’ll find some coming their way. If not, (CarterMatt spoilers ahead!) we worry that some of them could be joining Max in being killed off.
Here’s another worrisome way to look at “West Side Story” — it is nearing the end of the season. With that, if Zoo was to kill anyone else off or make some other dramatic moves, this would probably be the time in which they would do so. It would certainly get people talking! The good news for Jackson and company is that Dariela and Tessa have shown time and time again that they’re very good at their jobs — while it didn’t make a whole lot of sense for Dariela to leave home after saying she wanted her and Isaac to be safe from all of the chaos, you have to be rather glad that she did. She could be one of the team’s only hopes for survival, especially since Abigail is also out there somewhere ready to murder everyone.
