The Ellen Show season 15 premiere: 5 reasons fans are squealing for joy

The Ellen DeGeneres Show season 15 kicks off in a little over a week: The premiere is September 5! Do you hear all the yelling? It’s TV viewers rejoicing that new episodes are finally going to be coming our way!

How did viewers find out? Well, watching the official website and stalking social media for news, but there was a more traditional way too. There were other signs that Ellen DeGeneres was returning on September 5. Yes, actual signs with big letters and lots of lights. That’s how I found out. I was screaming for joy on Thursday night driving down Lincoln Boulevard as I spotted a huge billboard lit up in the Los Angeles sky. I also was doing a little dance (one legged only as I recently broke my foot) around a digital sign at street level on the Santa Monica promenade as the announcement flashed on the screen.

Ellen DeGeneres is coming back to share her joy with the viewers making daytime TV once again complete. This great news had me thinking of why the fans are so excited about this return and I’ve come up with a few solid (and fun reasons) viewers are ready to see Ellen back on the tube.

5 reasons fans are squealing for joy for Ellen DeGeneres Show season 15:

1. Dancing has just become a cool thing again. Technically, it never was uncool, BUT if you’re dancing at work most people understand it’s because you’re making a video for The Ellen Show. Otherwise, you might be sent home because people think you got ants in your pants.
2. Positive vibes will be flowing from Ellen’s Burbank to a TV near you. With all the insanity of the world surrounding us, Ellen never let’s us down when it comes to positive, happy moments. It’s a big burden, but she makes it look like an effortless opportunity. And basking in all that fun is a viewer’s dream.
3. New talent will be shared. Between all the celebrities, there is always space for people who have new talents and take a moment to do the right thing. What are those folks called again? Real people! It’s so inspiring to see individuals who sacrifice to help others and do the right thing even though they won’t be famous for it.
4. New music will be introduced. With fall approaching, new music is being released at a rapid rate. Viewers know great performances will be on The Ellen Show.
5. F-U-N! Viewers are ready for some fun. Scary fun, weird fun, game fun, witty comedy and more. One never knows what to expect when Ellen DeGeneres comes on stage and that’s the best reason to tune in.
