Snowfall episode 8 spoilers: ‘Baby Teeth,’ shooting fears, ratings

Snowfall season 1

Snowfall episode 8 is going to be a pivotal episode of the series. Is it a turning point? We hesitate to call it that. After all, can’t you consider every episode in one way or another to be some sort of turning point? Every episode offers up new stakes and new danger, and the latest one coming next week is no exception at all. This episode could prove itself to be one of the most exciting ones of the entire year just in terms of bringing new surprises to the table — while also at the same time putting characters in danger.

For the prime example of that, all you have to do is look at the threat of a gun at the start of the preview. Wouldn’t you consider that this would cause a speed bump in the operation? Well, you’d think so, but then later on in the same preview you hear talk about people “making bank” and continuing to roll in the dough. Clearly, there’s a lot of income still to be made in this business and nobody’s going to be backing down from that. this is the thing when it comes to the position that Franklin and these characters are in. They’ve never been in this position before where they’ve had this sort of money or power. As a result of this, they’re going to do whatever that they can in order to ensure that they keep it … including putting their lives on the line.

Take a look below to get some more details regarding what lies ahead!

Snowfall episode 8 synopsis – “Franklin’s business ramps up, causing a rift in his inexperienced crew. Teddy pulls out all the stops to protect Alejandro. While visiting her dying father, Lucia has a realization. Story by Margaret Rose Lester: Teleplay by Emmy Grinwis & Sal Calleros; directed by Solvan “Slick” Naim.”

Some of the latest ratings

We know that this is a show that already has its season 2 renewal, and as a result of that, one of the things that we can do now is finally breathe a sigh of relief.

With that said, the show did pull in its lowest numbers of the season for the August 9 episode, at least in terms of total viewers with around 850,000 people watching. It did match the 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic that it posted the week before. That puts the show in line with the overall average that we’ve seen for the first season as a whole. If the show keeps that up for season 2, it’s pretty darn clear that there will be a season 3 and beyond. The show creatively seems to be setting itself up for a rather long run.
