Stitchers season 3 episode 5 spoilers: A discussion of Ivy
As you likely recall at this point, Ivy and Linus have a little bit of romantic involvement, though that has been complicated in some ways by the fact that she’s not altogether trusted by everyone in the team. Is that ice starting to thaw, though? The sneak peek below suggests so! Maggie is going to return to running the lab, and with that, she’s going to take everything regarding Ivy into consideration. There is a chance that, somehow, she could find herself working with the rest of the team in some capacity by the end of this season!
There are some people who would clearly benefit from that, with Linus being one of the biggest ones just because he could spend a little bit more time alongside someone he’s growing closer to. Meanwhile, doesn’t it help Kirsten to have a little bit of family around? It’s never a bad thing to be able to spend so much time with someone that you’re close to.
With that being said, her being around more could also lead to a little more tension, and that is something that you have to be watchful for in its own way. We’re at a key point in the story this season where there are bound to be some further twists; who’s not to say that Ivy won’t be at the center of some of them?
Beyond Ivy
This episode coming up looks to be a huge one when it comes to talking about characters and their parents, as we are going to see something happen when it comes to people close to both Kirsten and Cameron. From a character-development standpoint, this could be awesome and lead to a number of exciting developments. However, at the same time there are probably some pretty big reasons to be concerned that something will happen that these characters can’t walk back from. We already know some of what Kirsten’s father is capable of by now…
