Support Teen Wolf, The Fosters, The Flash more for Teen Choice Awards 2017
The nominations for the awards this year is going to close on Thursday, June 8 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific time, but the awards is doing what they can right now to offer up opportunities for fans to have their voice heard. Using a wide array of hashtags, you can make it clear online who you want some of the nominees to be. All you have to do is visit the link here to get some further information.
Some of the shows that we do anticipate getting a lot of love for the TCAs this year including The Vampire Diaries following its final season, Teen Wolf, Shadowhunters, Pretty Little Liars in its final season, Empire (hey, it’s a Fox show), and some comedies as Young & Hungry and shows over on the Disney Channel. Hopefully, there will be some love thrown in here for The Fosters, Supernatural, Stitchers, and some other shows with a teen audience that are very good in their own right.
If you are a fan of a show that has a little more of an uncertain future, or just a show with a small overall audience, one of the big suggestions that we have for you is to look at this as a great opportunity to make more of a platform for your favorite! Try to get it some nominations, and then if you do that, do everything that you can in order to see if you can get it a win. The Teen Choice Awards are a great source of free publicity, so hopefully the show does find a way to further exploit that.
The show itself is going to be airing on Fox this August, but it’s a little too early for now to have some more details regarding who is going to be involved in it or who is going to host. The one thing that can be counted on is that there are probably going to be a billion or so categories, and therefore far more nominees than will ever fit into the show itself.
