More or less, this is probably what you / many others out there expect if you are a dedicated Dancing with the Stars viewer. Think of things in these terms — you are going to get a chance to see a little bit of network synergy, some famous faces, and overall a fun, celebratory atmosphere. The show is effectively going to continue to some of what it does best, which is encourage people to have a great time. This has been a fun season, albeit a somewhat surprising one given some of the eliminations that happened over the course of the entire season. Who would’ve anticipated seeing the likes of Heather Morris and Simone Biles go home when they did? Going into it, the preconceived notion was that these two were probably going to be the two celebrities facing off in the finale when we got around to the end of it.
