NCIS: Los Angeles: How do life-impacting moments change people?
As viewers watched the humanist moment, there was a moment of sadness and even understanding. Humans, young and old, have once found themselves involved in a life-impacting moment. Unaware that their world would be turned upside down in a split second, the change is scar that life offers.
It’s hard to imagine Agent Hanna without Michelle. She was his rock. Mother to his children and partner in life, a vital part of his life was ripped away. Now he is looking at fathering his children alone and living without her. It’s a change in life that is difficult and perhaps crushing until an adjustment is made. What happens next is in the hands of the writers….
The ending, even though it was sad in many ways, helped to create an interesting TV episode as it offers perspective when it comes to how true precious life really is. Of course, the season finale of NCIS: Los Angeles is just a story. However, so many people have a life-altering moment, in real life, in a moments notice. Perhaps it wasn’t a bad guy looking for revenge that altered life, but an accident on the freeway or a health emergency that occurs.
NCIS: Los Angeles mirrors life’s impacting moments
The takeaway from NCIS: Los Angeles season finale shouldn’t be anything less than a great ending for the season. On the edge of our seats for the final two episodes, viewers were thrilled to be part of the ride. Another take away from it is far more philosophical, and that is to enjoy life to the maximum. There might be a life impacting moment around the bend. A moment that will forever alter your direction and make you stronger. Don’t expect it to be bad either, as change is part of life. Who knows? Sometimes change is positive. You might end up winning the lottery tonight and be able to live large (and in that case, give me a call good buddy!)
