NCIS: New Orleans season 4 premiere date hopes for Scott Bakula, cast
The first thing to know, of course, is that there will be an NCIS: New Orleans season 4. The bad news? It’s not going to be until fall! The show’s likely premiere date is going to be either September 19 or September 26 based on the information that is out there. Given that NCIS and NCIS: New Orleans tend to have the same number of episodes a season, the two shows ultimately go hand in hand. It’s hard to imagine one of them coming on the air without the other one, so expect them to produce a number of great episodes and events in the weeks to come.
Now, one other key question: Will there be a timeslot swap? There’s an obvious argument to be made that moving NCIS: New Orleans closer to the show will lead to an increase of its ratings, but that is no guarantee. Also, given the drop in ratings over the past several years for most network broadcast shows, there is effectively no guarantee of anything.
The biggest thing worth saying about where things could go in terms of Scott Bakula and the rest of the cast is that there is plenty of room for exciting stuff. The big question that you have to wonder at this point is rather simple: How in the world is the show going to find a way to top everything that happened over the course of the past few weeks? The Mayor Hamilton arc was so powerful and intense, and it pushed Pride and many other characters to the limit. Basically, this was a rival for Pride for the ages.
