Bull finale spoilers: Will the jury, and the client, be killed?
Oh, and this is also the second of the three missions that Bull is working on alongside J.P. Nunnelly. If this is the second, can you imagine what the third is probably going to be like?
Bull finale synopsis – “Bull and the Trial Analysis Corp. team travel to Miami with top criminal defense attorney J.P. Nunnelly (Eliza Dushku) to work on a controversial drug trafficking case in which both the client’s and the jurors’ lives are in danger.”
The fact that this is only the second case is a further indication that Dushku will return for one episode more (at least one, hopefully more) during the upcoming second season. There is talk about her becoming a series regular, but that may not be confirmed until a little bit later this summer. The exciting thing for now is that she’s around for the finale, and she serves as a really great foil to Michael Weatherly’s character in that she is both equally accomplished and quirky. She excels in her job, but is often detached and difficult to get to know because of it. She’s probably more similar to him than anyone we’ve met on the show so far, which is why she feels almost like a character worthy of her own show in her own right.
One other interesting quirk is that for some reason, Bull is ending one week later than the two NCIS shows around it. It should be interesting to see if that impacts the ratings in any way.
