Designated Survivor finale spoilers: The attack and the blowback
If you are looking for some of the first Designated Survivor finale spoilers, we come bearing big news! We have some of the first information now for what is almost surely going to be one of the most intense, dramatic, and (of course) shocking episodes over the course of the entire season. No matter what happens over the hour, it’s going to end in a way that sends things up in metaphorical flames. The show’s been renewed for a second season, but even if that wasn’t official just yet, you do still have to think that this is the sort of show that would deliver something like this just because it’s a part of its DNA. It wants to surprise you, and it also wants you to be thinking about it all summer long.
Now, let’s share a few more details now courtesy of ABC.
Designated Survivor finale synopsis – “In the nail-biting season finale, Hannah Wells must stop the conspiracy from carrying out a final attack while President Kirkman authorizes a nationwide manhunt for the mastermind behind it all.”
While we figure that there will be some politics that are featured over the course of the hour, it appears at the moment that we’re going to see front and center a story that is just as much an action-packed affair where Kirkman and Wells each do whatever they can in order to ensure that justice is served. The problem that we tend to think about at the moment is that eve if they find the person they feel is responsible, that doesn’t necessarily mean that they’ve found them. There could still be someone else who is higher up on the food chain. Within this world, that’s not something that is all that hard to imagine.
The promo below gives you a little bit more news in terms of a countdown, and it makes it crystal clear that there are plenty of reasons to sweat in this hour.
