Real Housewives of Atlanta: Will Kandi Burruss sue Phaedra Parks?
In speaking about the issue in a new interview with The Ryan Cameron Morning Show in Atlanta following the reunion, Kandi did make it clear that she wanted to see some sort of ramifications go Phaedra’s way after telling Porsha Williams that Kandi and Todd Tucker allegedly wanted to “drug” her. (Phaedra admitted to being the source of the nastiness during the reunion.) In a transcript of the interview compiled by TooFab, she explained her thoughts when it comes to litigation:
“Uh yeah, I have thought about it … I have to talk to my attorneys and see. The damage has definitely been done. They told me I should sue Porsha at first. When it came out at the reunion that Porsha got the information from Phaedra, I was like, you know what, let’s just hold up until you guys get to see the whole thing and I’ll get their opinion on how they think I should handle it and go from there.”
There are obvious a couple of different viewpoints that Kandi could have about the issue. It’s clearly terrible, and nobody should have to go through that based on that alone. She could make the decision to sue, but with that also comes a lot of stress, time, and potentially money. It also could drag on a situation that she may not want to drag on. There are times ultimately when it is easier to move on with your life and trust that all of the people close to you know the truth.
Also, it seems as though Phaedra is already feeling the aftereffects of the comments, being that she reportedly is not going to return to the Atlanta series for next season. If that turns out to be the case, that may be punishment enough in Kandi’s eyes.
What do you think that Kandi should do in the aftermath of everything that happened: Sue, or just let it be and move on? Share below!
