Dancing with the Stars: Who was eliminated — Mr. T or Erika Jayne?
Also, we don’t think she is that popular with some of the viewers for the show. This was a pretty easy prediction to make.
As for who else could be in danger, we mostly narrowed that list down to a few different people. If you look at Mr. T, you’ve got a guy with low scores but likely a large following. Meanwhile, Nick Viall is in a fairly similar position, with maybe a slightly smaller audience but also higher scores. Bonner Bolton also was an interesting candidate, but beyond these three guys it was hard to envision anyone else leaving in the event that Erika did not. We don’t think that this is a week where there will be a shocking exit, but you never know! Every now and then, this show does find a way to shock us.
Results – The performers who were in jeopardy tonight were Mr. T and Erika. Basically, this was exactly what we expected going into the show. You could see it in Erika’s face when she was called that she knew that it would be her probably leaving the show, and she just had to wait for Tom Bergeron to announce the news.
Well … we were wrong. Mr. T was eliminated tonight. This. Was. Stunning.
Ultimately, we knew that Mr. T would be eliminated at some point this season, but we didn’t expect to see it happen at this point in the season. Kudos to Erika for having more of a support base than we though, but we will very much miss what Mr. T brought to the show during this time. The good thing about him leaving is that he does go before it starts to become apparent that he shouldn’t be there anymore. When that happens, sometimes it can get a little bit uncomfortable and the novelty starts to wear off.
