Chicago Justice episode 9 promo: An escape room murder

Chicago Justice episode 9

Aren’t escape rooms supposed to be fun? Sure, but on Chicago Justice episode 9 airing on NBC next week, they’ll be a source of chaos. A murder that seems to take place one will be at the center of the story, to go along with another murder that seemed to take place overseas. The specialty of the show is complicated cases, and trying to figure out the right way to solve them and get the bad guys put away. This is something that is not an easy task, especially when you are going to have a high-profile case like the one we’re going to be getting on “Comma” next week.

The synopsis below offers up some other news regarding what is coming up ahead.

Chicago Justice episode 9 synopsis – “When Abigail Chapman (guest star Cathryn Dylan) returns from Spain after being acquitted for murdering her boyfriend while studying abroad, she finds herself the prime suspect in another murder case involving a young college student. During the trial of the real killer, the Second Amendment is put to the test.”

We’ve certainly heard of many true-life cases involving someone being tried for a murder overseas. The big difference here is that we’re talking about two different cases. As for how the Second Amendment becomes a central part of the hour, that remains to be seen … but we don’t think that this episode is going to make the right to bear arms any less controversial than it already is.

There are still a small handful of episodes to go this season, and we imagine that the intensity is only going to build from here on out.

Promo – Are the producers giving us your take on Amanda Knox? While we’d heard more about the escape-room angle of the story going into the hour, instead this is all about Abigail Chapman’s murder overseas and potential demands to get her back on trial. Is she a murderer, and has she received a fair trial? Both are interesting questions that the show seems to be interested in taking on.
