Real Housewives of Atlanta finale: Kim Zolciak’s back; Kenya Moore drama
Interestingly, a big part of her return could have to do with taking on another cast member in Kenya Moore. If you haven’t heard yet, Sheree Whitfield’s new house is going to be one of the central points of Sunday’s episode, and you’ll get a great opportunity over the course of the hour to see many reactions to it. Many will be positive. Kenya’s? Not so much. Because of the way that every responded to Chateau Kenya, she’s going to feel the need to toss a few stones over in the direction of Chateau Sheree. Expect some comedy, and expect some things to spiral a little bit out of control.
At some point during the back-and-forth, be prepared to see Kim chime in here with some important questions, including why in the world Kenya is so intent on throwing shade.
You can see a video of Kim’s return to the show over here, and we feel like in some ways this should be considered an audition-of-sorts for Kim as there are rumors aplenty out there regarding whether or not she is going to return to the series. At the moment, we’re not sure that the show needs her, just because we’ve said over time that we don’t necessarily need to see the show dip back repeatedly into the same pond in order to get results. It’s just as effective when they bring in new people — it doesn’t always work, but when it does, we do find it enjoyable since it’s a new energy and a new style. With Kim, we’ve already got a whole reality series out there about her!
In the end, Bravo’s got some time to figure out their decision. We’ve still got this finale to get through, but then also a four-part reunion show beyond that. For the record, we’ve already complained extensively about the four-part reunion since that seems like one or two parts too many.
