Is Madam Secretary season 3 episode 18 new tonight on CBS? Casting news

Is Madam Secretary season 3 episode 18 new tonight

Is Madam Secretary season 3 episode 18 new tonight? It’s understandable to ask the question, but unfortunately, the answer is a “no.” The CBS show is keeping you wait for another week to see another story on Sunday, April 9, which will push you a little further into the season.

As for the reason for the delay, it’s something that longtime show viewers should be familiar with and aware of at this point: The Academy of Country Music Awards. These happen on CBS every year, and they often cause some problems in that it bumps off the entire lineup for a week. Granted, Madam Secretary viewers should unfortunately be used to the show getting bumped at this point.

You can check out some further news about the April 9 installment of the show just by heading over to the link here. For the sake of this article, what we’re specifically presenting to you is some information on the episode coming after that on Sunday, April 23 entitled “World Relief.” (Yes, there is yet another hiatus coming up on April 16.) This episode is going to focus on an important mission to help the world, and to go along with that, you’re also going to see an important guest star. Take a look at the synopsis below for some further information:

“When warring rebel groups threaten Elizabeth’s Somalian food relief efforts and kidnap an American aide there, she reluctantly considers asking a notorious Russian arms dealer for help. Also, Henry is blindsided when he is taken off the VFF doomsday cult case, and Alison and Stevie await their college acceptances, on MADAM SECRETARY, Sunday, April 23 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Tony Award-winning actor John Cullum guest stars as Senator Beau Carpenter, whom Elizabeth asks to assist with the Somali relief mission.”

It’ll be great to see Cullun on Madam Secretary, though he’s hardly a newbie to television. In addition to his theater efforts, we’ve also seen him on such other shows as The Middle, Northern Exposure, ER, and Law & Order: SVU. He’s definitely had his fair share of TV credits over the years.
