Big Brother Canada 5 live feed spoilers: Reverse Week Veto Ceremony results
Just as you expected, Neda decided not to use the Veto, which means that Gary and Dre (pictured) are going to remain on the block moving into the eviction show on Thursday. The only thing that is left to be done is the Head of Household Competition, which neither of the nominees can even take part in. If the right person wins it, it could very well end up sparing Gary from a most-unfortunate fate in the game. Unfortunately, the majority of people seem ready to have him go. He’s a bigger physical threat, and he was probably playing a better game until he started to campaign for Cassandra over this past week. He should’ve known that she was a sinking ship and not worth fighting for.
Here’s the one thing that we’re surprised that isn’t more discussion about at the moment: The fact that there are only going to be five veterans to seven newbies in the house if this move goes through. That means that the new players could easily form an alliance and simply pick off all the vets. We almost want to see that happen just because it’d be incredibly entertaining to watch. Also, it’s never really happened before. Right now, it’s clear that Neda is running the show, and it’s starting to become clear to her that her immunity is ticking away. Bruno told her this morning that he’s going to be happy to win competitions to protect her, though we’ll see if that holds true. It wouldn’t surprise us at all of Bruno / Kevin’s plan is to get to around final eight or so with Neda, and then try to cut her when they have the numbers without her.
One other interesting bit of commentary about this season is that usually the twists serve as a means to further even out the house; however, on this particular occasion they seem to be providing even further division and giving one side of the house more power than the other. The crew of Dre / Gary / William / Karen is clearly in some trouble, and Ika / Demetres are getting closer and closer to falling in to that group.
