Is Scorpion new tonight on CBS? Discussing season 3 episode 21, more
Alas, you are going to be on a little bit of a hiatus now with the Elyes Gabel – Katharine McPhee series, even if this is a fairly brief one in comparison to some of the other breaks that we see shows take out there. There is no new episode tonight, and there won’t be one on April 3, either. The series will instead return on April 10 with an installment entitled “Rock Block,” which seems to be related to space given that the synopsis below discusses asteroids and much more:
“Team Scorpion must defy the orders of a foreign government after they retrieve an asteroid from space containing DNA strands that could have deadly consequences once exposed.”
In looking beyond Scorpion season 3 episode 21 for a moment here, we also know that the 22nd episode is entitled “Strife on Mars,” which immediately makes us wonder whether or not the story is related in any way to what the show has going on there. We’d love it if the show did decide to start getting a little bit more serialized as we get closer and closer to the end of the season, especially since there aren’t too many other shows out there going this route in the crime TV genre. Still, we don’t wanna get our hopes up on that just because of the episode’s title.
In the end, the biggest thing that we are hopeful for as we get further and further into this season is that Scorpion gives its storylines for the whole season payoff. This includes a potential Walter / Paige romance given that they’re both now single and also a wedding between Happy and Toby. We know already that they are in the thick of the wedding planning process, so this is something that will most likely happen before the end of the CBS. Otherwise, it’s rather mean for CBS to be teasing it this much only to not have it be the case.
For now, we suggest that if you want more Scorpion news, be sure to head over to the link here!
