CBS announces Hawaii Five-0, Criminal Minds, NCIS 2017 finale dates
Note that all times listed below are Eastern, so adjust accordingly depending on where you live. We’ll have a few quick notes and impressions in here throughout.
Friday, April 14
8:00 – MacGyver (CBS)
The reason for the early end to this season, and the 21-episode order, is because CBS originally planned on airing The Amazing Race in this timeslot. That plan changed following the abrupt move of Training Day to Saturdays. The Phil Keoghan-hosted reality show is now premiering Thursday.
Saturday, April 15
8:00 – Ransom (CBS)
Monday, April 17
9:30 – 2 Broke Girls (CBS)
Friday, May 5
10:00 – Blue Bloods (CBS)
Monday, May 8
8:00 – Kevin Can Wait (CBS)
9:00 – Superior Donuts (CBS)
Wednesday, May 10
9:00 – Criminal Minds (CBS)
Could this be the series finale? It’s possible in theory given that it hasn’t been renewed as of yet. Still, we see it as doubtful given the current ratings.
Thursday, May 11
8:00 – The Big Bang Theory (CBS)
8:30 – The Great Indoors (CBS)
9:00 – Mom (CBS)
9:30 – Life in Pieces (CBS)
Friday, May 12
9:00 – Hawaii Five-0 (CBS)
Sunday, May 14
8:00 – NCIS: Los Angeles (CBS)
Monday, May 15
8:00 – Man with a Plan (CBS)
10:00 – Scorpion (CBS)
Tuesday, May 16
8:00 – NCIS (CBS)
10:00 – NCIS: New Orleans (CBS)
Wednesday, May 17
9:00 – Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders (CBS)
As indicated, this is an hour earlier than its usual time. With Criminal Minds off the air, the network is trying to give the show as strong of a lead-in as possible.
Friday, May 19
8:00 – Undercover Boss (CBS)
Saturday, May 20
9:00 – Training Day (CBS)
Sunday, May 21
9:00 – Madam Secretary (CBS)
10:00 – Elementary (CBS)
Tuesday, May 23
9:00 – Bull (CBS)
Wednesday, May 24
8:00 – Survivor: Game Changers (CBS)
This will be, as per usual, a two-hour finale followed by a live reunion show. In order to end the show at this point, our estimation is that CBS may need to do another double-episode at some point along the way like they did with the premiere.
