Dancing with the Stars results: Are Chris Kattan, Charo, Mr. T in danger?
Going into tonight, the Stars who we feel are in danger at the ones who either drew really poor scores out on the floor, or just don’t have much of a fan base among the show’s diehard fans. Maybe you can overcome a lack of popularity this early in the game if your scores are really great, but of the Stars we’re worried about, none of them really lit up the ballroom.
Charo and Keo Motsepe – She wasn’t the worst dancer of the night last week, but who was talking about Charo coming out of the show? It wouldn’t shock us at all if she is the first one out … and if Keo yet again finds himself eliminated early from a season. The guy just can’t win!
Chris Kattan and Witney Carson – The former Saturday Night Live star continued the tradition of comedians struggling to figure things out in the ballroom. His first dance was more cringe-worthy than fun, and he doesn’t have huge name equity. We’re probably the second-most worried about him.
Erika Jayne and Gleb Savchenko – She actually had better scores than Bonner Bolton and Sharna Burgess, but they’ve had a ton of headlines this week and Bonner probably plays well to conservative viewers in the midwest. Real Housewives don’t have the best track record on the show, and while we love Erika, we’re concerned that some diehard fans will not.
Mr. T and Kym Johnson – Good on Kym for trying to find ways for the guy to shine out there. It’s going to be a rough go, and we think the 20 he got was rather generous. Still, he’s got going for him the fact that he’s one of the most-famous Stars this season and that should keep him safe for a few weeks.
